Average fit
Bought the XL based on the micro glide thong and swimwear sizes that I wear. The xl was huge and basically was falling down when I wore it. I gave it another chance, bought the L size, the fit is better around the waste but pouch is small and loose. Very odd sizing and fit, with no returns make it not worth it
