1) Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing time is in addition to the transit times below.

2) Domestic U.S. shipping

• Economy: Flat rate US$6.95 · Estimated delivery ~2–5 business days (varies by destination).
• Express: Flat rate US$8.95 · Estimated delivery ~3 business days.
• Transit times exclude processing and may vary by destination and carrier.

3) International shipping (outside the U.S.)

Service: Tracked international services via our logistics partner ePost Global.

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and the destination country.
• Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days for most destinations (customs processing, remote areas, and local carrier conditions may add time).
• Notes: Transit times begin after your order has been dispatched. Some destinations may have limited tracking once handed to a local carrier.

4) Duties & taxes

Duties and taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout. Customs inspections can extend delivery times.

5) Tracking & delivery

All orders include end-to-end tracking where provided by the carrier. If a parcel is shown as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier and then email hello@teamm8.com.
