Shipping Policy

1) Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing time is in addition to the transit times below.

2) Domestic U.S. shipping

  • Service: USPS Ground Advantage
  • Flat rate: US$4.95
  • Transit time: ~2–5 business days (varies by destination)

3) International shipping

Primary service: DHL eCommerce — Parcel International Direct (where available). For destinations not covered by Direct in our current matrix, we use DHL eCommerce — Parcel International Standard.

Estimated delivery times (business days)

  • Europe (EU & non-EU) & UK: typically 4–7 (customs may add time).
  • Latin America (incl. Mexico): generally 6–10 depending on country.
  • Middle East: generally 6–10 depending on country.

Flat shipping rates 

Flat rates are set to cover a typical apparel parcel (≈0.5 lb). Very heavy orders may show an adjusted rate at checkout.

4) Duties & taxes

Depending on the destination, import duties and taxes may be collected at checkout or by the carrier on delivery. Customs inspections can extend delivery times.

5) Tracking & delivery

All orders include end-to-end tracking where provided by the carrier. If a parcel is shown as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier and then email hello@teamm8.com.
