1) Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing time is in addition to the transit times below.

2) Domestic U.S. shipping

Economy: Flat rate US$6.95 · Estimated delivery ~2–5 business days (varies by destination).
Express: Flat rate US$8.95 · Estimated delivery ~3 business days.
Transit times exclude processing and may vary by destination and carrier.

3) International shipping (outside the U.S.)

Service: Tracked international services via our logistics partners.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and the destination country.
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days for most destinations (customs processing, remote areas, and local carrier conditions may add time).
Notes: Transit times begin after your order has been dispatched. Some destinations may have limited tracking once handed to a local carrier.

4) Duties & taxes

For most international destinations — including the UK, EU, Switzerland, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America — applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and included in your order total at checkout. The price you pay is the fully landed cost, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

For Canada, Norway, and Mexico, the displayed product price does not include duties and taxes. These are calculated by our logistics partner and shown as a separate line item before you complete payment. You pay the full total — including duties and taxes — at checkout, so there are still no surprise charges on delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, no additional import costs should be required upon arrival, unless in exceptional circumstances required by local authorities.

5) Tracking & delivery

All orders include end-to-end tracking where provided by the carrier. If a parcel is shown as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier and then email hello@teamm8.com.

6) Returns, exchanges & EU right of withdrawal
