Do not use bleach, as it can damage the bamboo fibres and elastane.
Wash inside out to protect the fabric and shape.
Lay flat or hang to dry; avoid tumble drying to preserve the elastane stretch.
If needed, iron on a low heat setting only.
Avoid fabric softeners, which can reduce elasticity and breathability.
