Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle.
Do not use bleach, as it can weaken the fabric and fade colours.
Avoid fabric softeners, which can reduce the stretch and moisture-wicking performance of the elastane.
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry to protect the elastane and prevent shrinkage.
Iron on low heat if needed, and avoid ironing directly over any prints.
Wash inside out to preserve colour and reduce surface pilling.
