Do not use bleach, as it can damage the fabric and elastane fibres.
Tumble dry on low heat to help preserve the elastane's stretch and shape.
Avoid high heat and fabric softeners, which break down the elastane over time.
Iron on low if needed, but do not iron directly over any prints or elastic areas.
Wash inside out to protect the fabric surface and reduce fading.
