Men's swimwear
The big choice in swimwear is how much fabric you want at the hip. Here it runs from short swim shorts down to thin thong sides, so there's a cut for the pool, the beach and every weekend away in between. Call it men's swimwear, a swimming costume or gay swimwear: every cut here is lined and made for the sun.
From most fabric to least
Men's swim shorts carry the most, with a 2 to 2.5 inch inseam (inside leg) and a lining.
The wide swim briefs come next, at 8.5 cm (about 3.3 inches) on the Statement.
Men's swim briefs follow at roughly 2 to 2¾ inches.
Bikini swim briefs narrow to 3.5 cm (about 1.4 inches) on the Statement, Harbour City and Headliner.
Micro swim briefs add cut-out sides and a thin 1.5 cm waistband on Harbour City and Headliner.
Men's thong swimwear has the least, from 1.5 inches at the hip down to under one.
Solids and prints
Solid colours are the classic. If you want noise, Harbour City carries our Sydney x TEAMM8 print, and Headliner a deconstructed logo.
Common questions
Which cut is right for me? Match it to your day. Swim shorts suit the beach bar, swim briefs suit lengths and sunbathing, and the bikini, micro and thong cuts are for anyone chasing the smallest tan line.
How should swimwear fit? Snug and secure when dry, since it relaxes a little in the water. Check the size guide on the product page before you choose.
Are the cuts lined? Yes. Swim shorts have a lining, and the briefs and thongs have a lined or double lined pouch.
What about UK duties and taxes? They're prepaid at checkout.
